Progress Center for Independent Living
is offering 6-week Basic and Intermediate
American Sign Language Classes

Basic American Sign Language (ASL):
Includes basic grammar, vocabulary, finger spelling, numbers,
and cultural information on the Deaf Community

Intermediate ASL:
Expanded grammar, extended vocabulary and cultural awareness.
Prerequisite: ASL1 (Basic) or permission of instructor.

The classes will begin on Tuesday September 7th
from 6pm to 8pm for six weeks
at Progress Center for Indpendent Living
7521 Madison Street, Forest Park.

Each student must have a copy of "A Basic Course in Sign Language".
Cost of this course itself is $45.
Cost of the course and the textbook is $75.

The deadline for registration is August 27th.
